I lost 849 Grateful Offering in a currency transfer between one character and another yesterday. The Transfer log shows the transfer completed, but neither character has ANY Grateful Offerings, and the interface shows that no one has any to transfer at all. Is there a way refund this loss? That’s A LOT of Grateful Offerings, and I was looking forward to spending it on mogs now that I can buy different armor types and add them to my collection. Please help!
Try resetting the WoW User Interface incase of display issues
I performed all steps as outlined, including the advanced console command. No joy.
If that didn’t work, then next best option is to report it as a bug
I know there was a problem a while ago with transferring currency within your Warband to where it was temporarily disabled, but that is going back months ago, maybe a new issue has emerged. But only way for it to be investigated is to report it as a bug.
Understood. I’ve submitted it as a bug here:
Thank you for your help!
@Ayukama - that doesn’t do anything. It’s a bug not a UI issue. It’s happened to me transferring Timewarped bages and resetting the UI literally does nothing.
@Argonas - only thing you can really do is report the bug. I tried submitting a help ticket and just got a generic response from a GM saying that devs are looking into it. But looking in the forums this issue has been going on since July at least, without any fix in sight. You should assume your currency is gone.
