I have found a bug and have opened a ticket but was told to post here for visibility I believe. First off, I have amnesia and some memory disabilities so I will try to be as accurate as I can.
A month or so ago I had tried to transfer my darkmoon faire tickets to another character, and I ended up with no currency at all (after having about 200+ tickets). I thought maybe this was just a visual bug and that it would clear itself up. Now a few days ago I had attempted to transfer all of my Kej to one-character, 20k+, and ended up experiencing the same problem, 0 kej now account wide and it appears that GMs have no fix for this.
There has to be some kind of solution to this? That currency might not be a lot to some but that was everything I had and I’ve had this account for basically 15+ years. Has anyone else experienced this and have they had any success in getting their currency back?
