Turned in 2 supply crates for Durotar Logistics rep. got my 600. Log’d out to check other toons for items. Log’d back in on the initial toon and my rep was gone, reset back to Neutral 0/3000. Turned in one more crate for 300 rep. Log’d out and back in again and now THAT rep is gone too…3 crates wasted, no rep gained…it keeps resetting back to 0 every time I log in to my character.

I have the exact same problem. I have lost 1500 reputation in turn ins to this bug. I hope its fixed soon as many players need the rune that can only be bought at friendly.
Exact same issue, this needs more attention
Same issue for ALL reps outside of the main four faction ones you start with. Every time I log off, on a character that was created after the patch, loses all rep upon relog.
