What happened to cross server rdf? I literally despise questing/grinding i don’t want to exclusively lvl thru that method. I want to socialize among the community/lvl with people? Ive tried to do rfc/wc/sfk all at peak hours SHOOT ive been on 12 hrs a day 2 days in a row in dungeon finder not 1 group. and the server is “full”
Seriously considering quitting a couple days in cause forget grinding npcs for the next 60 lvls by myself… my friends are 80 they’re alts are 70s. what am i supposed to do conversate with myself on a MMORP? sorry not crazy enough to do that unfortunately…

The only solution is to quest your way to max, play a DK for instant 55 or…

I came back for the experience if they want me to pay for a boost they can just enjoy my 1 month subscription and forget about all the future potential money from me. what a joke of developers to do.

As much as I hate saying this… I would just character boost. It’s not worth the time investment to level a toon from 1 to 70, “if leveling is not something you enjoy”. You could easily work a few hours to cover the cost of the boost, be 70 and start doing current content stuff. On my server “Pagle”, dungeons are still pretty easy to find groups for even as DPS.

no thanks they clearly arent adding rdf to profit from char boosts so last thing im doing is supporting that. Appreciate the advice but no, i came to play wow classic not pay to play

I COMPLETELY understand your mindset here, and I commend your resolve sir.
I personally enjoy the leveling process “even if it’s solo” from 1-70 so for me it’s not bad. But for ppl that don’t like to just quest for hours on end, I do wish they would give them RDF for low levels.

Just come back to wotlk classic when rdf is added in a later phase. Play something else in the meantime.
It’s never been confirmed they are doing this though. And the way the devs are talking, it does not seem like they are going to. Unless something has been said by the dev team that I’m not aware of.

I would consider but clearly the developers dont care what people post i just figured my fresh account stating id cancel my subscription already might influence but im one guy so who knows.

Nah, nothing was said. But its a safe bet. What do you think blizz will do in phase 3 when the game is on life support, people are unsubbing, and no one has a boost left to buy?

I hope you’re right, but I’m thinking they will die on that sword rather than admit they were wrong about RDF.
Personally I like the LFG tool “even with all its bugs”, for current content. But I think a cross server RDF shoudl be added for levels 15-70.

That’d be great. Some of my friends say tho that even at 80 heroics are stacked with classes just trying to score 1 item/the tank/heals are hard reserving the items so i think its more dire for everything than expected but what do i know just basing off others opinions/feelings.

In general, your options are not great. To get to 80, you are going to have to quest grind till around 75 if not till 80.
Unless you get a good guild that helps you gear up, do not expect pugs to be a great source. Most of the best items are on reserve or are running a GDKP system where you need boat loads of gold to get.
The outlook right now is not the best if I am being honest.

This happens from time to time. I’m personally still stuck on a set of legs that I can’t get to drop so I run VH heroics every day with nothing but cloth DPS so they don’t get ninjaed lol.
But even heroic gear isnt the end all be all and you don’t need to be 100% pre raid BiS before getting into raids. And as a mage, you won’t have any problems finding a guild/pug that will want to bring you.

No I agree lack of RDF makes the new experience and leveling in general pretty bad atm.
