“You must have expansion (The War Within) installed to access this area.” error message when trying to Witness the Wrath of the Lich King after completing Halls of Reflection during Lorewalking. Blizzard, you fixed the first quest but you didn’t fix the rest of the questline still requiring TWW expansion?
