Kept getting disconnected when starting Lorewalker Cho quests. Logged back in falling into the Fatigue zone of the sea west of Dornogal.
After testing I think I’ve drilled it down to using size adjusting potions and toys causing the issue. Elixir of Giant Growth, World Shrinker, and World Enlarger all cause this issue when I have their effect active. Once removed I’m able to access the quest as intended.
Hope this helps anyone out that is having this issue.

I had to use Unstuck when I was doing the Xal’atath portion because I was being insta disconnected. Not sure what was causing that one.
I kept getting disconnected on starting certain portions of the questline only to get teleported out into the fatigue zones. Wasn’t using any size modifier, it just DC’d me as it transitioned to the next part of the lorewalker segment.
Usually right where you got sent, west of Dornogal, but I got sent out into deeper fatigue waters south of Northrend during the Arthas questline a few times, too.

Same, after completing the Litch king lore, I selected the ethereals quest, my game crashed. I logged back in and I was teleported out to sea dead
It’s the same for me, but I’m playing shaman so I reincarnate. Then I quickly mount up to beat the fatigue meter.
Well, I’m currently playing shaman and not my profile character.
