I’m not sure either; probably a moderator could. I don’t want to make duplicate posts or I would make one to link here.
These old loremaster requirements and steps are difficult enough. I had to use a different addon to figure out how to finish up Shadowmoon in TBC…which meant doing side quests in Terrokar.
