Finally doing loremaster but some quests require you to not kill the mob and bring them down to a certain health% then use an item on them for example…problem is I’m doing it on my 50 DH and one shotting everything even with no gear on…
is there a way around this also…it’s really stupid to have these in the game with such and achievement like Loremaster

I’ve even tried taking rez sickness and taking off all gear…still one shot
There is a toy called the whole body shrinka sold buy a quarter master in echo isles in durotar. Using it makes you realllllyyyy small for like 5 mins and cuts your damage way down. Doing this and taking off a piece of gear or two helps.
There is also a toy called: soft foam sword, sold by most toy vendor npcs, that brings trivial mobs to like 30% hp. Doesn’t work on all mobs so its good to get both toys. This is how I completed most quests like that. Hope it helps!

I actually asked in trade and someone said use the “soft foam sword” toy which I then bought and worked like a charm
