Loremaster attempt. which Professions?! New faction new server HELP!

Hello, this my sound very specific but I would really appreciate some help.

I recently started fresh on a new server horde side. I am making an undead Rogue. I’m curious what professions would be most satisfying doing loremaster with? I would level my professions for each expansion as well all quests.

What I was thinking:

Enchanting/Mining
Enchanting because I will get so many greens/blues etc that are BoP so I can DE (Although might make more money vendoring them?) But at least I would eventually gain the enchanting visuals. Some old enchants still sell for twinks/levelers.

Mining because old expansion ore sells better for transmog items. I don’t think herbs from old expansions would be very valuable due alchemy potions scaling and level squished. making most of them useless.

Other option I’m thinking:
Skinning/LW simple combo self sufficient. I don’t think it would bring in gold? (not sure). But my rogue will be my main so I can always have a alt like this druid for gathering.
to collect mogs basically.

If you think other combos would be better for a fresh experience for rogues please let me know. I’m stumped! Can’t decide. I’m not a fan of engineering due to item and mat bloat… but maybe it’s better since we got a reagent bag?

I say herb/mining cause nothing is useful or fun to do pre dragonflight.

I would have more fun at least having one crafting professions to learn recipes though.

Then I’m not sure. Maybe LW so you can collect mogs. Enchants can sell visual packs for each expansions. It’s like a epic BoE item I think not sure maybe someone else can help you.

Skinning is crap money though.

any profession enthusiast have a recommendation?

I agree, id probably go LW, and skinning. if you want a profession to collect recipes on then this is a good choice with actual benefits… another would be alc/herb… but you will out level any useful pots really. enchanting isnt any good. old enchants and enchanting mats are not worth anything.

Engineering because you get a bunch of toys and gadgets.

went with skinning lw… you are right more transmogs I gain something out of it enchanting seems pretty useless leveling.

I would suggest engineering.
And the main reason would be teleports.

I have a bar of engineering teleports hidden in the side of my screen that lets me teleport to any expansion in the game. That’s going to be handy to have when you’re doing quests that want you to travel about, or popping from continent to continent to do things you skipped or missed, or farming mats or reps.

I have found that while engineering has very little contribution to player power, and is certainly not very useful in what you would consider modern retail wow… it’s utility through teleports is quite useful especially in older content.

Besides that… mining would support engineering but I usually only take mining if I’m also taking herbalism as they go together wonderfully.

I would say enchanting isn’t a bad choice since if you’re going loremaster you’ll be getting a lot of quest items to dust.
