Gods this is turning into just an elf/human party.

hunter - rexxar (sylvanas isn’t both survival and beast mastery)

Impossible to know considering the lore characters don’t fit within the standard player class archetypes.

Velen/Tyrande for priests, Azshara/Jaina/Thalyssra for mages, Thrall/Nobundo for shaman, Malfurion is the only druid worth mentioning, Turalyon for paladins. Kil’jaeden/Gul’dan for warlocks.

Not determinable.
The reason for this is that Main NPC’s, most of them anyways are hybrids. They have never been a specific class. And when they have been a specific Class, they appear to be a hybrid of all specs for said Class.
But some of the lists above are very acceptable.
EDIT: And I would add that deceased NPC’s are also in contention. Being dead doesn’t equate to someone being better in said class.
Case in point, THE best Warlock in history still is Guldan, by far.
I would like to make a case for Alleria, she isn’t only really good with a bow, she also uses void magic, hard to beat that.

He didn’t mass rez anybody. He casted Holy Word: Salvation, which is a mass heal, not a mass rez. Demonstration is at the 1:59 mark.
