Richest individual person might be Gallywix pre-BfA. Post-BfA, maybe Gazlowe but not sure. He’s not quite as likely to hoard 100% of the wealth for himself, but I’d be surprised if he doesn’t keep himself on top.
Talanji could probably give both a run for their money, come to think of it.

Edit: Khadgar is probably fairly wealthy as well, if we’re discounting Dragons.

My guess is Anduin, though it may be one of those things like Queen Elizabeth, who is quite wealthy, but much of it actually belongs to the state, not the monarch personally.
Kil’Jaeden or Archimond perhaps both. Obviously whoever takes possession of extraterrestrial worlds, have easy access to all the rare metals and gold that resides there.
I bet that repair dude in CN made phat bags of cash!

Hogger, he is an expert barbarian who surely has tons of loot but lives in a tent in the forest. That dude doesn’t want riches, he just likes raiding villages. There is probably a huge cache of gold and rare items under a rock somewhere. He faked being dead and now is likely living it up on a island, surrounded by blood elf dancers.
