Found this in a reddit thread about naming conventions:

Kul Tiran: Sailing and sailors. Their last names will probably involve water, boats, storms, that sort of thing. Like worgen, they are a subset of humans, so a general human name would probably work for a first name.

They do seem mostly Anglo-Saxon, what with Pike, Lucille and Flynn.

Name yourself something vaguely nautical-sounding like Scallywinkle and never look back.

They are just humans like the worgen are. So normal names that human use is enough.

I named my Kul Tiran after Obed Marsh from Shadow over Innsmouth. Anything sailor sounding seems fitting.
