Just west of the Sanctuary of the Mad flightpoint there is an NPC in a cage named Lord Scowl, he has a treasure beside him and asks you to find a book, then he’ll give you the treasure. I gave him the book and he threw the treasure on the ground so I could pick it up, except there is no treasure, so I cannot pick anything up.
