Its been 2 days since the Vanilla World Bosses have been back for the Anniversary event and Lord Kazzak will not spawn for me. I’ve turned Warmode off and camped him, I’ve turned it back on and camped him, I repeated both of those processes after talking to Zidormi and going back in time then doing it all again in present blasted land just in case. I’ve joined random groups while doing this and groups from players on my server and nothing will work. My character cannot zone into other players in Blasted Land even if we all have the same zone requirements (Both with/without Warmode, both back in time/present, etc.) No other zone is having this problem as I’ve had no issues seeing other players in major cities, BFA zones, or for the other world bosses. I’ve tried it on other characters and none of them have had any issues loading Kazzak. I’ve asked guild mates and looked online and no one can come up with any new ideas for it to work. I know its a really dumb thing to be so stuck on but I’ve spent hours over the last 2 days trying to fix this and its driving me insane. if anyone has any ideas help would be needed, thanks!
Do you happen to be on the Maghar orc questline for the allied race, I have heard it can cause phasing issues with Blasted Lands. If you are you need to finish the questline and it should phase you properly again. I read over your post and this is the only other option I could think that could be causing you issues.

Yes, finished the questline and got him to spawn fine. Thank you for the help!
