I’m trying to do the quest ‘The Originals’. Every time I join or make a group for Lord Kazzak, I am in an eye from the rest of the party / raid.
Very frustrating, please help!!!

I’m in the same boat. I opened a ticket to see if I was stuck in a world quest phasing issue and they said they reset my character. I still can’t phase in for Kazzak on this guy or my shammy though.
is this after having spoken to zidormi and getting her to turn the time back?
I was having this exact issue. I had to abandon my Echo of Guldan quest and it phased me back with the rest of my raid!!

Thanks all. I actually deleted the quests in my log while I was there as someone suggested that. I also did speak to Zidormi as someone had suggested that also. I have not tried today but will soon.

I was able to resolve this issue. The problem is if you try killing Lord Kazzak while you have the Mag’Har Orc allied race quest. You need to abandon Echos of Guldan. If you abandon it and you still can’t phase in, you likely have a quest you can accept right next to the Dark Portal called Echos of Graeka(something like that). Go finish that questline and come back and it will be working.

What a cluster to figure out. This was suppose to be an easy activity and fun to do. Nothing but frustrating!
I had the same issue, and what worked for me was doing the new warlock quest-line that gives you the new imp skins. Then it put me in the correct phase.
Perfect example of porr qc. super frustrating spending hours trying to get on the same phase as current players, was even in the same raid afterr fighting the other 2 world bosses, but nope still phased. Flipped back and forht on timelines, abandoned related quests, nothing works.
Yeah, sadly I have one character that seems to be in a similar situation. I finished a few Legion quests (one related to the Dark Portal), changed times through Zidormi, turned war mode on and off. Nothing made it so I was in the same phase as the others around me.
As you say, very frustrating not to know how to fix this.
Try to get a tag before it phases if you have a pet just stand on the rock and send in your pet after group pulls.
