Why the hell does this guy never spawn? I can’t get my purple mount without killing him and I spent 24 hours in his spawn point and he never appeared.

I’ve spent the last 36 hours here and still no spawn. Did you ever eventually get it, or give up?
Yep, after two weeks. Wouldn’t have noticed him if it hadn’t been for me grinding rep.
