Does anyone know the spawn rate for this? It’s the last one I need for an achievement and I’ve only seen it twice in the last couple of days. He’s either almost dead when I approach or I don’t kill him before he disappears. Worst part is, he can spawn almost anywhere and good luck finding him.
EDIT: Finally found him and achievement earned. Shouldn’t have taken as long as it did, but it’s over. Good luck if you haven’t gotten it yet.
