the loot specialist spawn in the war creche will always spawn underneath the floor where it is impossible to tag let alone kill. Please fix this or remove the spawn.

Hopefully you’ll find one that hasn’t spawned in the creche, since they can spawn just about anywhere in the Forbidden Isles. Those spawn just fine AFAIK, whereas a lot of stuff in the creche is spawning with botched z-axis placement.
Finding one outside of the creche will probably be quicker than waiting for the developers to fix these few spawns.
Oh 100% i am not going to stop trying for the rare. But the seething orb and primal storm changes gave me hope that they might listen to other aspects of the meta achieve.
I keep running into this too.

Repeatedly ran into this problem myself. I wish Blizzard would just remove this mob from the “Champion of the Forbidden Reach” achievement; either it bugs or I can’t reach in time because people unload everything and the mob melts thanks to doing 10.0.7 content in Season 3 gear (soon to be Season 4).

Loot Specialist spawned at 52 55 Under the world no way to get to it. Please fix very frustrating for someone going for Meta Achievement.
