I don’t seem to have the same exact issue (but have faced the one others mention of the window not updating) but what happens more often is I get empty boxes on the loot rolls window. Is this an issue anyone else has managed to figure out?

It’s baffled me. I reset cvars to default, among other fixes, but haven’t had much luck ever getting it to show correctly again.
Try deleting the cache folder and/or running the repair tool.
Just tried that after the maintenance this morning and it didn’t seem to do the trick. I’ve now narrowed it down to something in BigWigs or WeakAuras which I thought I eliminated the possibility of it being an addon but I suppose not. Thank you so much for your suggestion though!
Edit: I wanted to come back and post an update to this issue for anyone that might stumble across it.
Turns out it was the Paste addon all along. As soon as I deleted the addon (not just disabled and reloaded; a full exit of the game and deleted the addon) my panel worked just fine again.
