Was in a normal Manaforge Omega raid and the loot roll bugged. It got stuck on a pending tie roll, but there was no one else listed for the tie and I waited around for 10+ min and nothing, left the raid thinking it might get mailed and still nothing. Submitted a ticket and that was a waste of time.

Rolled for Brand of Ceaseless Ire. Won with a 73, but the game said i tied with no one, I was the only high roll of 73.

around sunday 12 AM killed Heroic soul hunters to have them drop brand of ceaseless ire, i won with a 73 but the system said i tied with no one and the loot was not given to ANYONE
Submitted ticket also was useless so far, said to submit a bug report.

Did any of you get an answer or have any luck with this? I experienced the same issue yesterday while raiding Manaforge Omega. After the encounter with The Soul Hunters, one of the loot items was marked as a tie. I had the highest roll (75), and no one else rolled the same number. The item never showed as awarded to anyone, and it remained marked as a tie.
I stayed in the raid all the way to the final boss, about 70 minutes after The Soul Hunters encounter, and the item was still stuck in the “tie” state.
I have the images proofing my point too.
I submitted a ticket to Blizzard, and their response was basically: “If a tie happens, the system resolves it automatically; there’s no need to re-roll.”
However, I’ve seen many ties before, and in every case, someone is eventually marked as the winner. That didn’t happen this time.
Hopefully we get some answers here.
Necro because this is still happening. No one rolled the same or higher than me, I was affirmed I was the highest roll on the Maw of the Void by the rest of the raid, item said the roll was a “tie” and the item was not distributed. So now I’m stuck here paying $15/mo for a game that doesn’t give loot when it’s supposed to? They’d better do something about this fast.

Same thing happen to me roll say tie but it show 91 im the highest 2nd is 90 and gm said someone rolled 94 but nothing show 94 on raid roll on heroic fractillus hynot -area52 this doesnt make sense
