They are unique so I am pretty sure you cannot get duplicate mount, pet, etc. once you have learned them.
But, if you did not learn them (ex. traded it when you first got it), then my guess is that it can drop for you again. However, this is just my assumption so I could be wrong, not to mention the second time will be still RNG.
It appears that doesn’t work for the cards and for the pet. If you trade them away instead of learning them, you still cannot get another drop.
3 characters? You mean 3 accounts or am I missing something?

The mount is the only thing I haven’t gotten yet; been trying on multiple characters.

Characters on same account. I have 1 planted at each spot. Sometimes I get a bag, but otherwise all I get now are the wild cards that exist so they can say they are dropping loot.
They don’t all spawn at the same exact time?

There is another thread now for the pet and the person claims that has been fixed. I don’t know if the cards were fixed or not. I don’t have much motivation to waste much more time on those since I already wasted 6 hours.
My friend had it drop twice. If you didn’t learn it, you aren’t flagged. You’re just extremely unlucky.

It is what it is. Got the Hearthstone off the rip first Dr Boom spawn. Awaiting the rest, albiet I’ve only done the event 5 times.
(For content my unluckiest was at the end of SL, did the mount run for Taza black gearglider about 1500 times no dice. Stopped grinding as hard since).
Can confirm you can get more than one pet. Just got my second Sarge 45 min. ago.
It is tradable, but not cageable so you’ll have to trade the item that teaches the pet.
they do, mostly. But if youre in VD and kill boom, loot and camp. Then log onto a character in SW quickly, you can possibly get that one. Then log onto a 3rd quickly in Durotar, you can possibly get that one.
And sometimes the timers are off by a minute or 2. But if youre quick, you have a chance to get 2 or 3 Not always, but still a chance.
