As title says I just downed Unleashed Dathea in a pug group and the token for the warrior set hands dropped and I straight up wasnt able to roll on it, no need or greed buttons appeared and it went straight into some rogues pockets. WTF?

if you have RCLC it auto defaults to whatever the leaders settings are which ends up creating a ghetto master loot system which is probably what happened.

Awesome, my guild had me download that addon for raid, glad to see it super screwed me out of loot.
If you don’t trust your guild to handle loot, leave. find a new one.
That sounds like a terrible addon. Talk about red flags.
It was supposed to help so that dudes wouldnt need roll on offspec stuff, backfired on me so hard tho ig

I can see where the utility lies, but then you fall into a possible situation like yours where you left it on in a pug when the RL set the rules. Sorry that happened to you, friend.
Upon 1st zoning into an instance, the addon puts a message in chat telling you that’s what it’s going to do if the RL has that setting on.
Well people can’t roll need on off-spec stuff and win over main-spec anyway. That’s not how the current looting system works, so yeah any guild trying to force that on you is just trying to screw you out of loot.
