I have killed Cromaggus in BWL for, this made 16 weeks in a row and 2 chances to drop shoulders sense he drops 2 at a time and a 22% chance to drop for my rog that makes 32 chanced so far my shoulders could drop.
I look at it like if an item has a 22% drop rate that means if you killed that mob 100 times you should get about 22 sets of your shoulder… that would come out to every 5 kills you should see you shoulders once and having X2 chance for them to drop is even higher …so as i said this week was kill # 16 in a row i never miss a week.
the math seem broke is the drop system broke for rog shoulders cuz out of 32 chances to see it once… its never dropped …why is this ?

Took me from OG vanilla until Late Cata to finally complete my T2 (shoulders drop) even tho in that time I completed numerous other sets that I used across time.
Sometimes RNG is just cruel
