Finished Emissary of War

Get a 291, its “Enchanted Toe-Tappers” - I use legendary feet, so this 291 wont be used by me(too expensive to remake legendary on my server)

On my OTHER Resto Druid(also named Xiata)

Get a 291 Infinitely Collapsing Coil - I use Unity in belt slot, another useless 291.

So BOTH character, that could use 291 in many slots, BOTH happen to get an item in a slot with a legendary. Seems like this game is purposely made to anger you.

This is why I stopped wasting my time doing stuff like Emissary of War etc, always some garbage that I don’t need/can’t use. I hate the loot systems in this game.

TIME should EQUAL reward.

It’s like it’s rigged like a slot machine purposely giving you useless items.

This is why Legendarys are a bad idea when they aren’t weapons. Especially when there isnt a reliable way to upgrade them without spending gold

Im glad I don’t do anything related to PvE content because depending on random drops is horrid.

Id much rather grind for guaranteed ilevel increase for my chosen item in PvP.
