Loot-a-rang Not working

Cataclysm Classic

ItemID: 60854
This toy is not working, the animation for the toy happens but it does not pick up the loot.

Please note: This character is a max eng. and the character I am posting with.

Things I tried:
Disabled all addons
Tried with enabled/disabled Auto-loot
Different mobs with different types of loot (items/gold/levels)
Different distances from the mob (all the way to right on top of)

Please fix this item it would be great to use.

Having the same issue

Same issue here, I’ve tried to use it on old world mobs, BC mobs, WotLK mobs, Cata mobs none of em work.

Issue persists with addons enabled or disabled.
