Blizz is this working as intended or is this a bug? Me and 3 of my friends have lost io due to changing dungeon timers or something, which seems to be because of motherload? And this only happened after completing other keys. Im explaining it poorly because I dont know how else to explain it. My untimed 10 motherload is now a timed 6 motherload and I lost a ton of io. Is this supposed to be this way?

Given it hasn’t behaved like that in the past and even last season, my personal guess is no.
You may want to edit your post and move it to the Bug Report forum for QA to investigate. Where Customer Support has no purview over behavior of the game itself and only gets information passed their way when developers deem it necessary, it is not guaranteed they’ll have an answer.
there is a post in bug forums. what Im not sure about is if something changed to where io was earned that shouldnt have been? Im very confused.
This just happened to my friends and myself. Raider io website shows the correct score. In game doesn’t. I didn’t even earn my ksh (or ksm whichever it is for 1500). We completed a priory where I had zero score before it. Timed it as a six and in game earned 15 points. I submitted a ticket but no response yet.
This happened with our 6 priory key, and then again on our 5 rookery.
Have same problem, lost 290 rating after completing +10 key…
Ditto. Just lost ~260 rating after depleting a +10 priory.
Edit: this was on Cixelp-Area52.
I depleted a +10 Priory and lost all my rating from a (pretty heavily) depleted +9 Theater of Pain.
Edit 2: timed a +10 ToP and got over 300 rating, so I think all that rating has been restored. Could be the initial rating I had was bugged and I shouldn’t have had it in the first place?

so this morning I gained back all my missing io except for 15 points (raider io is higher than in-game io). still confused
Even though I completely logged out of battle net and game multiple times last night it never changed. Today the scoring is fixed. I had submitted a bug ticket and customer support ticket last night. They only ever replied that it wasn’t a known issue and to submit a bug report which I had already done.
Just glad it’s fixed now.
Just timed an 11 ROOK and got NO SCORE NO CREDIT.
It is Saturday… Maybe they’ll fix it on Tuesday rip…
Edit: Just timed 11WS and it did give score.
Guess I’ll just have to run rook again
