This is specifically for alliance side only. Looking to make my first druid. Can anyone recommend which race to play?
Are there any perks or differences between the races?

There are only 2 alliance races that can be druids, NE and kul’tirans.
Balance is you want to have easier time

Umm… I also thought worgens?
worgen do not deserve to be in the game, and should not have been added. Playing one is arguably an 8th amendment violation, as it is cruel and unusual punishment.
Make a Kul Tiran and punch people off the side of buildings and cliffs.

But besides that, embrace the way of the Boomkin. And unless you want to give people nightmares for the rest of their lives go NE or Worgen.

I think you’re meaning race, going by your post!
Anywho! A few things to keep in mind:
Night Elf: Shadowmeld is an extremely powerful racial in PvE and especially PvP. It’s a pseudo-Vanish that can allow you to deaggro and avoid spell casts! Wow! Outside of that, rest of their racials have little impact.
Worgen: What’s better than dashing once? Dashing twice! Wow! Being able to double speed boost is extremely handy for mobility in just about any content! Also you can further embrace the ‘feral’ nature of Druidism, if that’s your thing!
Kul’tirian: They…punch? The punch isn’t as handy as the other two in my opinion, but it’s there! Their feral forms look the neatest too, in my opinion!
That’s about it for my opinions on Druids!

But but but … Zandalari are Horde only! It is the only correct answer.
Night elf for the night extra crit and free vanish. Kul tiran for ultra unique beast appearance and a omega satisfying to use racial knockback. Worgen for…cool points…and a slight speed boost racial ability!
