I remember being able to slowfall people in the battle for mount hyjal in BC when fighting the big demon archimonde i think is his name.
It wasn’t castable on others until 3.0.8.

Hmmm. I only did Archimonde on my mage. I could have sworn I could slow fall people during that fight. Maybe it was after the wrath pre patch? I remember blowing through hyjal when the pre patch hit. Could be my memory confused the two.
Would have been after the WotLK pre-patch then cuz I looked up the patch notes to be 100% certain. I do know lots of people ran a lot of the older raids after the pre-patch hit just to plow thru them.
This one was a TBC+ troll tactic, but how many people won’t think about the details and click due to conditioning over the years?

Of course I would go to Exodar and pop a correct port… but man… how I loved it.
On rough days of raiding… um no… wouldn’t dare send them off somehwere else.
We used to chain MC people and would drown them in the shallow pools in Ungoro Crater.
Oh man i forgot how much fun it was to be out in the world doing all sorts of fun stuff like this, now people just live in the city and lfg/lfr everything.
Back on Darkspear, Healem of MM, Merceless Midgets used to storm the Ogr to UC Zep and then MC Horde off the Zep while in flight.

Added to your enjoyment, I recalled one of the best PVP deaths was to a NE Priest who was standing in the corner near the summoning stone in the area of Naxx during Wrath.
I can remember being on my DK pounding the Sht out of people when I lost control and started to move slowly to the edge…did a scan and saw a wee priest waving bye bye…I laughed til it hurt. Fun times.
I’m drawing a blank, but is there a spot where jumping off a cliff into water is common for trolling with Shaman water walking to make them die from fall damage?
In maradon there’s the waterfall.
One of the funniest things I’ve ever seen was a hunter intentionally pulling some random trash mobs in a raid and then using feign death as the rest of the raid wiped.
I was also guilty of casting water walk on people before they jumped off the waterfall in Mauradon.
As a warlock I occasionally summoned an infernal outside of crossroads, took all my gear off and parked in the middle of crossroads until I lost control of it and let it kill me so it would go on a rampage and kill all the players and guards in the area.
Wailing Caverns, after the big tree boss there’s the big drop into the pool. I did that so many times to jerks in my groups
