long story short, dim memory of running into an alliance 19 with a cloth chest with a load of stamina and i asked him were he got it and he said you can’t get it anymore.
the item in question i saw was before burning crusade was released or shortly after since that’s when i quit.
I’ve tried researching it on the net but its hard to look for something that you don’t know what it is. i think i had +20 stamina or something but this is a very long time ago so i don’t think that is correct but i remember that the fact i inquired about the chest meant is was comparable to the treebark jacket in some way.
