I think the problem being, Bant, is you keep having to add “that” in front of “bad” when you are referring to your behavior. No, your behavior isn’t “that bad”, at least the most recent one, but it still violates policy.
It tends to be extremely easy not to be suspended, it isn’t that you need to avoid chat, it that you need to avoid bad behavior. Such as using inappropriate language, disparaging others, calling them names, being toxic, spamming folks dozens and dozens of times, etc…
How far are you from permanent closure? I couldn’t say. Closer than you were, but not there yet.
For a bit of clarification, the last penalty was one day shorter than the previous one. When a Game Master applies a penalty they usually allow the system to look at the history on the account and escalate it to the next step. Unless there is cause to adjust it, they usually will not. This one was a special investigation, so they manually applied 2 weeks, instead of the 3+ weeks it would have been if it naturally progressed.
