I'm looking for an active group of people to form a guild, or a guild that is active and interested in future raiding, and helping members build up. Most guilds appear very impersonal and some don't care for progression or teaching the ropes to new members. I want to learn to raid in the future and not have someone carry me, so I'd love to find a group of people interested in raids, and learning the mechanics of dungeons and raids rather than just run in with dungeon finder groups.
I'm new to the game and new to raiding in general. I'm very active.

I'm beginning to realize it isn't a real popular side. I've been debating a faction change, I just liked the alliance races.
I think it's a 55 45 split for horde
I do see them going around killing world bosses and such, which appears rare to find for the alliance.
