Looking for help with modem event logs

Sorry if this is the wrong place for this. So I got a brand new modem. NETGEAR C7000v2 AC1900 NIGHTHAWK DOCSIS 3.0 CABLE MODEM ROUTER. I got this cause wow was dcing and lagging all of the sudden and my other modem was 4 years old. Well wow is still acting up, my internet is fine till I start wow then all the sudden wow dcs or lags and my internet gets slow. I was hoping someone could tell me what these things are in my modems event log they happen every time wow is running.
