I think Limit Break on US-Lightbringer might be perfect for you. While we are seeking a Mage preferably I would be happy to talk to you about joining as your Balance Druid.
We are AotC guild that has many former mythic raiders who have no desire to start that nonsense again. We also do Mythic+ together and have weekly events doing all sorts of things.
We are also heavily LGBT, hell myself I am a trans lesbian so there is that. Sadly though we are not on EST time and our raids are Tuesday and Thursday 6:00pm to 9:00pm PST
