I'm searching for a guild that syncs more with the mentality and memories I have of bygone expansions and team mentality that seems by some minds dated. I recall the days past before mythic, when you brought your best or you brought and earned nothing for it. I've raided in normal and heroic difficulty in past expansions, but I've never had the fortune to partake in mythic difficulty prior to this. While it is admittedly a long term goal to see such at current content (be it now or future levels), I'd love to see the newest setting of upper tier progression. It's been brought to my attention that the usual format for applications involves logs, data tracking, and a fair bit of history that I can't offer at this time. While I may not have these things in present time, I'm not afraid to work and I'm all the more willing to go the distance.
I'm searching for a group that's got spirit, camaraderie, and guts. I'd love to find a community that doesn't just look for team members but people it weaves together into an honest to god good group of friends. People who don't mind a weird sense of humor, the friendly guy who can be loud, sometimes a bit raucous but always means well, even if it's a two-step where a simple strafe would have done the job. I've made some great friends over the years but given the inevitable drift that seems to happen over a game's lifespan, those ties weaken and leave me aimless. I'd like to renew that sense of purpose and drive and establish ties with a group who are like minded people.
I'm located in the Eastern time zone, so I'd prefer to keep to hours that are forgiving of that, specifically starting no earlier than 6 pm EST GMT -4 and ending no later than Midnight EST GMT -4. Outside of Sunday and Wednesday, my schedule is fairly open. I'd prefer to find a group that runs in a 4 hour block each raid night. Back to back raid nights aren't a problem, multiple times a week doesn't faze me either, though the sweet spot would be no more than three times a week.
Transferring servers wouldn't be an issue, but I would respectfully suggest a trial period where I am able to cross realm if we're different servers prior, so if we found that our styles or preferences differed, no one would be out either time or funds unduly. If given the choice, I enjoy both Horde and Alliance, and would prefer to see it from the viewpoint of a warlock's fel magics. I'm fluent in all three specs, so I am flexible as the situation demands. My Alliance side alt is capped, sitting around 340+ item level; my horde equivalent is not capped yet, but will be shortly. I do have experience up into heroic Uldir, covering the first four bosses and working toward the rest.
If I'm part of a team, than that group gets my 110% all day, every day. When I commit, it's everything. I will familiarize myself with the boss strategies, stock my consumables, properly prep gear (enchants, gems, etc). I will remember to have fun (after all we're here to enjoy ourselves) but I will focus when it's called for and remember when it's time to quiet down. As a friend, a guildmate, and a reliable anything it's my responsibility to be a positive and not a negative. If I'm what matches the checklist, I just ask that you give me a chance to try; let's pull up a chair and chew the fat -- might as well be direct and pull no punches right? Whether it's running from Fel Reavers in Outland, bearing down on the Lich King, facing the Hour of Twilight or even the might of the Iron Horde, I've been here for a while and I suppose I'll still keep on. Would be a pleasure to find folk who think the same and want to connect.

Nearly 100% attendance: 6 hours is all we ask. Missing raids should be few and far between. If you cant make it we don't want you. It forces us into a bad position if you are here "some of the time."
Be raid ready 10 minutes before 7 pm eastern. have your flasks/pots/enchants/spec correct and ready to go. (time management/efficiency.)
Min/Max & Theory-crafting: Keep up to date with your class. You need to be doing 50% or above on your class on average ( if you are on !@#$% duty then we understand if you arent hitting your #'s)
Have a sense of humor. We may be older but we are still like to crack jokes during trash and outside of the raiding scene.

Our goal at the Hangout is to provide a fun and enjoyable guild environment for all. From raiding, doing Mythic +'s, to leveling, it can be found here. We are a mature guild, with no DRAMA BS, leave that at the door.
Our raiding environment goals are to get AOTC before each new raid comes out while having fun in the process. This is a game and without fun and excitement what else is there.
The guild has been around since MOP, but under a different name. We are looking to expand our roster for the for raid. The leadership has been raiding together for three years.
The leadership has AOTC for Uldir. The guild is fresh, the leadership is not.
Raid Times and what is expected from raiders
* Saturday and Sunday from 7 to 9:30 p.m. Central Time.
* Flask, food, enchants, gems and repairs are included for raiders.
* Raiders are expected to know their class abilities along with proper rotation. Even though we are casual, we will not carry people through a raid. This is not fair to the other members of the team.
* Be on time for raids, and ready to pull at 7 p.m., real life comes up. Just let someone know that you will not be there for raid. We do not hold a strict attendance policy for the team, but if you sign up we expect you to be there.
* All raids are posted on the Calendar.
* DBM, and other proper add-ons should be utilized for raid.

We Prophets of Oblivion at Tichondrius (3/8M) are recruiting! We are a group of old mythic raiders that came together and started pushing content with ease. We also like to have a great experience while raiding. We are laid back but get serious when its times to kill. . We raid Thursday,Friday, Monday 8pm-11pm EST. We have guild repairs, discord, website, etc. We also do PVP, Mythic +10's, xmog, and achievement runs. May be willing to pay for your transfer with gold!
