Looking for Guild

Just as the title says, I’m interested in finding a guild of like-minded people to call home for my new warrior.

A little bit about me:

I’ve been playing WoW since the beta, having been subscribed since the beginning. I’ve got a love for this game that I’ve never found in another game and I know that this love stems not only from the game itself, but also the people I find myself surrounded by.

Warrior has been my bread and butter since Vanilla. I enjoy exploring other classes to understand the inner workings of what I’m up against in PvP, but ultimately, I always come back to warrior. After years of denying it, I’ve finally given in to my primal urges and created a second warrior to explore the red side and everything that has changed since the Cataclysm hit.

I’m an avid PvPer and the main tank/raid leader for my guild blue side on another server. I’ve been an officer of that guild since 2009 and I’ve seen/dealt with my fair share of drama throughout the years. As you can imagine, I’m looking for a guild that doesn’t suffer from incessant drama for that exact reason.

I’ve been been roleplaying since the mid-90’s though I don’t engage it in nearly as much as I use to, mostly due to how busy life has gotten over the years. That said, I’m a huge fan of spontaneous roleplay and enjoy getting involved, regardless of how casual or hardcore it is.

I’m an avid beer drinker and enjoy playing multiple recreation sports so my week nights and weekends can get pretty busy. Because of this, I’m not looking for a guild that has strict event attendance policies. What I am looking for is a guild that I can contribute to and enjoy meaningful PvP and PvE content with.

Thanks for extending the offer, Pmet! I’ll keep it in mind if I can’t find a good guild to settle on red side. I’m looking forward to seeing the Horde side of the story for Battle for Azeroth so if that’s ever the case, it’ll be after I hit 120.

The Emboldened are really great people that do a bit of everything. If you’re looking for a more of an RP scene, Blackrock Clan is our residential orc RP guild. There are other more PvP focused guilds around as well.

We also have an ED Horde RP discord as well as community if you’d like to hop in those. I can fish around for the links.

I’ve seen The Emboldened advertise on the forums and in-game so their name is familiar. I’ll definitely check them out.

What guilds are you referring to when you talk about the more PvP-centric guilds?

I just mean guilds that focus on WPvP, arenas, RBGs, and general PvPness more than say PvE or RP. While they’ll likely do both to some extent, they are normally PvP first and foremost.

Nice to meet ya! If you’d like I’d be happy to talk about potentially joining! I’m the guild lead for The Emboldened. Abrahof is correct we do mainly PvP but we also have a heroic core raid team, high M+ groups and a growing RP core as well. We try our best to offer what our members are most interested in.

Look into The Emboldened, Warbound Legion, Ironsworn Regiment and Division VII. Those are the main PvP-oriented guilds that come to mind.
