Yes, guilds are cross-realm and cross-faction now.
If things don’t work out with any of the previously mentioned guilds, I’d love to chat more! We could use another mage in Assault’s ranks 
We raid Thurs/Fri evenings from 7:30-10:00 p.m. PST and have earned AotC every tier since our inception in BFA. We also dabble in Mythic raiding after earning AotC and some of our members have gone off to Mythic guilds, so we are a great stepping stone into that kind of environment if that’s your ultimate goal.
