Looking for Frost Builds That Doesn't Use BoS

Hello Everyone

Recently I have decided to bring my Frost DK out of retirement after several years to see if it brings back my interest. The problem that I have run into is my pure disdain for Breath of Sindragosa. It almost feels as if I am playing a caster opposed to playing what a remember from MoP and earlier.

My question to you guys is if there are any builds that make use of Icecap or Obliteration.

Stacking crit/haste with blood of the enemy has my sims with icecap running the same as BoS.

I also use Icy Cit/Frozen Tempest/Frostwelp as my basis for running the build. It feels pretty good tbh. My guess is later on when we can push stats percentages higher, we can scale a bit better with more crit.

Breath of Sindragosa vs Icecap is finally a matter of personal choice.
