I’m gearing up to start working on the DK that will be my main going into Shadowlands.
I’m picky about small things like names and such, I’m on Sargeras a full pop server so names aren’t easy to come by unfortunately.
I’m willing to trade other names or even gold for a name that I like.
I tend to like word names that fit the theme of the class. Some examples I have are Moody=Warrior, Script=Priest, Pay=Rogue, Erupt=Shaman, etc.
The back up names I have for my DK right now are Scion and Ete but I feel I can do better.
If you have anything reserved and are willing to discuss it let me know!
Also, can’t decide on my race either. Human, Draenei, Nelf, Worgen.
Not my style. Again I like word names that fit the class theme.
Some ideal names for a DK to me would include End, Omen, Woe, stuff like that.
Interesting, I personally named my DK “Snow” in a different language.
But I would try words like…
Ruin
Graves
End

You’re picking some VERY common names.
I’d be surprised if you got any of them.
Might want to go with some names that are more complex?
And no, I’m not talking about variations on “Darth Vader” either.

I named my Female Panda DK “Hsienko”, after a character from the game Darkstalkers. (She is a Chinese ghost, bascially)
I also name my Panda Monk “Xiongmao” which is Chinese for “panda”. 
Yeah I’ve tried all of those and then some. End is like my ideal name for a DK I would love that.
It’s taken by a level 10. I’ve tried to get on contact with them with no luck, and their guild told me they don’t exist so who knows haha.
Yeah but if you do get a name that is “common” or “rare” depending on how you look at it it’s satsifying, especially if you like it and feel it fits the class well.
I have some great ones myself, just none for a DK really.
I got a couple names I never expected to get, but honestly, good luck trying to get anything like those.
Honestly, I’m looking forward to the next xpac to see if a few of the names I’d like to have will get released.
My first death knight was named “Windsofdeath”. I know I know, it’s terrible. The reason I chose this name was because my main from before wrath was a dwarf hunter named Windsteel.
I also know a vulpera dk named Roadkill, and a human dk named Bigdkpulls. So I know I’m not the only one with a bad naming habit.
These days I don’t really like to name characters with actual words in them, and make up names I think fit the race I’m playing rather than the class. It just seems more realistic that way.
I’ve gone with “Ete” for now so that’s sorta like a made up name though I actually have no idea how it’d be pronounced.
Open to change in the future…I just REALLY wanted to start playing my new DK.
When I see “Ete”, I would naturally read it as A-Tay, or Eh-Tay. That’s just me though.
I was thinking “Eh-tuh” myself.
It’s not a bad name. Was that or Scion and I like Scion but I have it as an old 110 and keeping it that way gives me another shot at invincible every week lol.
Also Ete could be short for Eternal which is neat?
My DK was named Gellert since creation in wrath, but I recently switched servers so now its Gelhart. My favorite name so far is for my shaman, Rakurai. I try to pick names with meaning behind it.
Named mine Medievil, a pun on medieval and also the name of an old playstation game I played back when I was younger haha
I wish I was happy with just making a fantasy style name. Things would be so much easier.
Had a DK named Runereaper for a long time. I was pretty happy with that one.
tbh I’m amazed I managed to get this name on Sargeras only a few days ago.
