Joana is famous for being first and fast, he was in the beta as well. This is his guide that gets you leveled in less than 5 days /played.

Some of his tactics include not looting monsters as he approaches level 60 to shave time. His is still probably one of the fastest out there, but 4 days 20 hours is his current personal best. Someone unfamiliar with the guide will still have to do a lot of reading, probably make some mistakes, not be as efficient, etc. Still a fantastic guide anyhow.

In beta most people gave up on leveling in world content after SM level. They just farmed dungeons.

Im just mentioning this for fun, but, Dugi Guides will have one for Classic. Hes a $ Guide. It has many amenities so might be worth at least looking at.
