Looking for Argus

I have not played in a while. I recently returned, used my preorder to get a level 120 and wanted to do the Argus story for the allied races. I am having trouble getting there however and was wondering if its not possible anymore. I am unable to locate Khadgar or anyone else to start the story and have tried many things other posts have suggested. What am I doing wrong?

The trick is going to be figuring out what part of the Legion story (if any) is auto-completed for 120 boosts.

The non-boost path for unlocking Argus is as follows:

  1. Open up Legion content. This starts with “The Legion Returns.” If it didn’t pop into your log, you can see if it’s on the Hero’s Command board. The last quest for this part is “In the Blink of an Eye.” This quest gives you the Dalaran Hearthstone, which is the best way to see if the boost already has credit. (Make sure to check any “supply bags” that came with the boost. However, I got a character to 110 a while back without doing the Legion intro, and that ended up skipping the character to the next step automatically. (I had to get the hearthstone from the Innkeeper in Dalaran.)
  2. Do the quests to get your first artifact weapon and open up your Class Hall. Once you get to Dalaran, an NPC should track you down with the starter quest. (It can take a couple minutes, so just run around the city a bit.) If you don’t have a Dalaran Hearthstone, you can take the Stormwind portal to Aszuna, and you should be able to fly to Dalaran from there from the Aszuna flightpath. Make sure you are in Broken Isles Dalaran, not Wrath Dalaran.
  3. Unlock World quests by completing “Uniting the Isles.” If they are unlocked, you’ll see world quests in the various zones. If not, then you should be able to get the quest from Khadgar in Broken Isles Dalaran.
  4. Unlock the Broken Shore. Once world quests are unlocked, Khadgar will be waiting on Krasus’s Landing in Broken Isles Dalaran. Do the scenario, and turn in the quest for completing the scenario. (You don’t need to do any of the follow-ups for Argus.) If this part is done, you’ll see world quests on the Broken Shore.
  5. Head back to Dalaran. Pick up the quest “The Hand of Fate” from Khadgar (back in his original spot in the Violet Citadel.) This is the start of the Argus quest chain.

The best advice I can give you is to trace your way through those steps and see where it lets you pick things up.
