I did some fairly quick searching and found an old post referencing something called “Move Anything” but it doesn’t seem to exist anymore, so I’m asking here as someone out there probably has an answer.
Basically, I want to be able to move any/ever thing that’s a part of the UI, from the menu bar to the casting timer bar and everything in between. If anyone has any information I would absolutely love you if you shared it, thank you.

There’s a lot to the UI and it does change so no addon will give you absolutely everything in a neat package.
Thank you very much, I tried searching curseforge and apparently it’s critical to not separate the words with a space. Personally I’m gunna go ahead and say that needs to be adjusted, but if it works for everyone else then I guess that means it works.
Try ELVUI. It replaces your entire UI. You can adjust everything. It will do what you mentioned in your post and a LOT more. There’s a bit of a learning curve though. good luck. It is what I use.
I may give that a try to be honest. I downloaded MoveAnything and I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong or not but the cast bar, which is the biggest thing I want to move, won’t seem to move.
you can move everything with ELVUI. you can resize also.
Trouble is that I can’t seem to find the actual ElvUI as far as I can tell. Can you provide a link for me?
I really can’t seem to figure out how to search for addons on curseforge. For some reason if the name isn’t exactly right, I won’t find it.
it wont let me link. go to tukui dot org and look for the download for ELVUI. it replaces your entire user interface. but it is an addon so it can be turned on and off
