Looking for Add-on to set specific Click-casting to arena frames

There is such a thing?

I know this probably can be achieved with a frame addon, but I’m pretty satisfied with the default arena UI, but I wanted to set click casting to behave differently there - more specifically when you click on the enemy frames - and I’m looking for an addon that does just this.

For example, with Resto, I do have the left click to cast Rejuvenation on my party frames, but I wanted it to cast Cyclone if I left-clicked an enemy arena frame.

Thanks! IDK why I thought that Clique got discontinued with click-casting becoming a native feature of the game.
