Looking for a weekday active guild

Hello, to be totally transparent, I have a guild that I play with in the evenings and I have no intention of leaving it. However, I am a disabled vet with lots of wow time on my hands. I also play a lot during the day and would like to find a group ofpeople/guild that is weekday oriented. I run 13s and below on healer and can do 12/13 on druid tank. Also learning warrior tank so im starting 10s on it. My time frame is earliest i can do is 10am est and I can go to 3pm est. Looking for active mythic plus runners. I dont mind doing lower keys to help people gear. Ive already gotten my aotc and dabbled in mythic raiding, so Im pretty much done with that this expansion. Resonance Shift is recruiting, it’s a bit of a rebuild, but we are resilient, and we are looking for more today and going forward!
This guild includes former KSM‘s, heroic, mythic raiders, former guild leaders, and we are Cross faction, cross realm!

Things change, people get divorced, quit playing, loss happens but life must go on. Join us in our rebuild of a chilled environment.
We have people who joined at launch, some joined a little later, a lot of returning players and all of us busy adults.
However we love our alts and activities, achievement, hunting, and so forth.

We’re growing our little community and will make things more interesting in Midnight by adding normal raiding into the mix and therefore we’re building a raid team.

We already have an experienced tank, we have one or two experienced healers (heroic, normal exp). We would like to have another off tank and another healer and any class/spec is fine. We’re not looking for mythic comp just a group of fun, capable individuals that would like to be involved in raiding fun with a familiar group of new friends!

You do not need to have a ton of experience to do this. You can be a casual player and raid normal mode.
So much better when it’s your people and you can just take it easy.
Not to worry, leadership knows how to raid and if you’re just stepping into it, you will have people helping you along the way.

We have a small group of what has become a very tight knit guild full of adults who are mature, active, engaging, and friendly

We’re looking for active friendly, and engaging players to join us in midnight, be our neighbor, have some fun with some new friends in a warm welcoming environment.

The continuing vision of this guild is to foster community, build relationships and engage with other guildies! Studies prove that engaging with others builds/strengthens bonds and improves overall moods

We have a casual/collaborative setting with current normal stuff going on, LFR day, running heroic dungeons, delves as a group and/or solo, and in Midnight adding normal raids in a pressure free environment.

Housing is a big hit with everybody already as you can imagine, our neighborhood is quite pleasant.

Before I began raiding, I came up on a small realm in a guild with a group of outstanding, friendly, helpful yet dedicated and self motivated people - this is the environment we have

Cool. I was an IC1(SW). Stationed on a lot of ships in my time (CVN 71, LPD 15, AS 33, CVN 75, and CG 72). I got out after 13 years.
