I’m looking for a silly-looking shield mog, something to match my silly-looking toon, are there any out there that might do?
Probably easier to just look through the collections tabs 
None come to mind.

I have it in my pally’s collection, looks like it matches your mog. 
It’s more purple than pink

Some i found that are a bit whimsy:
“wheel of lost hope” is a fun one
“corrupted gladiator’s shield wall” (or any of the recolors) with it’s big eye moving around is pretty goofy to me
“shield of the panther” has a purple-ish tint that may match your current mog, and it’s kinda like ya stepped outta the tiki room.
“gizlock’s hypertech buckler” is gnome through and through.

The Easter egg vendor has some ridiculous heart shield or egg shield or whatever. Go have a looksie
Blessed Qiraji Bulwark looks pretty goofy imo
There’s also the heart shield and target on your back from past trading posts.
