Looking for a PVP BM Hunter or 2 for "tips"

Icyveins and Wowhead haven’t updated their guides in a bit OR more likely they’ve forgotten about them, but is Primal Instincts still the best Azerite trait?
I know I don’t want to follow bloodmallet too closely, because I don’t want Treacherous Covenant on gear in arenas or RBGs.

What else is good Azerite wise?

For pvp I am running 3 primal instincts 2 Haze of rage and 1 feeding frenzy. Those seem to be working well for me.
