I do a bit of everything, I gear fast, and I have one of every class, with my main being whatever the group I work with needs/likes best. I don’t often have the time to dedicate to raid nights but a mythic here and there sounds fine, and I generally like to help out. Don’t need much, just people to work and play alongside since my old guild is no longer active, and the only invites I’ve seen are from mass guilds that are just too damn big. Being one of 230 people online is like being at the state fair, not for me, I’d rather help support a group that’s trying to progress.

Knights of the Alliance is recruiting all people, all specs, all roles, for our raiding, Mythic+, and PvP teams.

KotA has been around since the early days of Vanilla WoW and we have raiding in every tier since that time, attempting or beating every raid as it was current content. Every so often, as with anyone with a life, we have backed off raiding due to real life events or because an expansion sucked (looking at you BFA). We have consistently been a top ten guild on the server with this last expansion hitting a top five each raid tier. However, as always, our goal has never been to reach these heights, they are just obtainable with the right group of individuals around us. As such, here are the rules for KotA members -

1. We were all prior military. As such, we tend to act like it. We bark orders and we expect things to be done when we say it. But that also includes all the fun stuff. If you were ever in the military, you know exactly what I’m talking about.
2. We swear. A lot. Actually, an obscene amount. If that hurts your psyche, then we aren’t the guild for you.
3. We are also a family guild. My dad, my mom, my three older brothers, my two little brothers, and my sister all play WoW and are all in this guild. Once upon a time, we also boasted about having my uncle, my aunt, and my cousin all in guild as well. Those familiar relationships tend to grow towards people who join our guild, but especially with those who have been in the military.
4. Because 1 and 3, we also tend to give everyone around us a lot crap. We will trash talk you if you screw up a pull. We give you crap if you fall on the elevator boss. Expect to have a lot of fun while in guild but expect that fun to come at your expense.
5. We are a family. As such, we help each other out. We farm materials if you need to level your professions, we help you out if you are trying to get a specific item, we bring cauldrons, feasts, potions etc. From the moment you join, expect us to treat you as your family would treat you.
6. Which brings me to our final rule - If you sign up for something, we expect you to be there. We understand things come up and we know that real life is far more important that WoW, but we just ask that you give us a heads up if something is happening and you’re gonna be late or won’t be able to show up. We aren’t heartless, you know.

If you’ve made it through the rules for harmonious living in KotA, then you might have a place with us.

We are going to be raiding heroic raids, then switching over to Mythic every raid tier. We currently have five different raids running. Our raid times are Tuesday 4-7PST/7-10EST, Tuesday/Wednesday 5-8 PST/8-11EST, Wednesday/Friday 6-9PST/9-12EST, Saturday 5-8 PST/8-11EST. For M+, our guild focuses on getting our guild members through KSM, and then pushing to see how high we can go.

T - 8/8H looking to potentially expand to go into mythic. Will need one resto shaman and one more healer, plus a few DPS
T/W - 7/8H not looking currently for anyone
W/F - 7/8H, looking for enhancement shaman, Balance druid, Mage, Holy priest, Shadow priest.
S - 8/8N, this raid is for people who can’t commit to a specific time, who like to raid drunk, and alts. This raid always needs everyone lol

hello there not sure if this works for you but if it dose let me know. we are a friendly group of players that keep it fun while pushing content as far as we can. def not a big guild with 200 some online at once but we have enough for doing stuff and looking to add more. our raid is friday 8:30pm EST and sunday 6:00pm EST. we also have people who do mythic +s hear and there. currently we are 8/8 normal and 5/8 heroic

• We regularly hold events to go back to previous expansions to farm Transmog, Mounts, Pets, and Achievements! These events would be posted in our Guild Discord Server, as well as in-game.
• We also hold some fun guild events! Guild Lottery, Transmog Competitions, Hide and Seek, and many many more events, with some pretty great prizes!

You might ask why two raid teams? We like to encourage all members to join including players trying to learn wow for the first time or coming back after many years. Team Order is to get those individuals caught back up to speed instead of telling them to figure it out!

Our Simple Raiding Requirements for The War Within

1. You must attempt to be able to raid Tuesday’s and Friday’s from the set times given.

We understand you guys have lives. We all do that being said we do not expect everyone to spend all of their free time in a video game! Raid invites go out 15 minutes before the start time as well as a notification in game and discord. If you are unable to attend, please notify the raid leader or an officer in advance additionally, update your status on the sign-up sheet in the respective teams channel on Discord.

2. Come prepared with the knowledge or ability to take criticism of your class/spec/talent choices, current content raid bosses and mechanics we will teach you if you ask!.

Be able to perform decently with your chosen class, spec, and talent choices. We won’t tell you how to play your class or spec, but if your performance is noticeably lacking on a per-fight basis, it will be addressed privately AGAIN many individuals are here to help you learn if you are unsure about parses our GM loves teaching about those or anyone in the guild would love to teach you about your class if they know! We log our fights for your review and will post boss fight videos when they become available to help everyone familiarize themselves with the current raid content.

3. Have Discord installed

We use Discord as our primary form of communication. Please have it installed so you can at least listen in. A working microphone is also helpful, as some fights may require direct communication from you.

Hey Kas,

You may enjoy a guild like ours — small, close knit, but fun! We are a Pacific Time based guild and it seems there is a shortage of guilds on that coast.

If raiding is what you’re looking for, we have several spots available on our Heroic raiding team, Prophets — they run on Wednesdays & Fridays from 8 PM to 11 PM Pacific. The very best folks from our Heroic team will be promoted up to our Mythic raiding team, Olympians — they will run on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 8 PM to 11 PM Pacific. We also run an open PUG Normal raid on Sundays from 4 PM to 7 PM Pacific.

Aside from raiding, we constantly run delves and dungeons and there are several M+ runners and M+ static teams in our guild to go through that journey. We are also a social guild and encourage everyone to participate in Discord (our guild chat isn’t as active admittedly, as is with most guilds) which is our main center for all our events! There is always a few folks sitting in Discord to chat with too, but not too many that it overwhelms.
