I don’t know about Gnomes, but Clan Battlehammer is a solid Dwarf guild. I’m pretty sure they have a presence on MG.
Aren’t the Modan Spellbreakers Dwarf centric? Could try them.
Dwarven Vanguard have a good home for Dwarves/Earthen… But if you want a place for a gnome. I would try Modan Spellbreakers I believe they allow Gnomes also.
How would I go about putting in an application for joining them?

I am a Clan Battlehammer member. We are Light RP - Heavy PVP. If you enjoy PvP, go Battlehammer for sure. If not, you may be interested in Modan Spellbreaker’s or Dwarven Vanguard! 
*Edit - I am not sure how active Dwarven Vanguard is these days. May have better luck with Modan.

As an officer in DV, we are on semi haitus while we focus on guild members progression and events based in our area of the world. We take on new members, if they mind more home base centered events and progression over a “storyline” or “Campaign”
Clan Battlehammer is always recruiting for stout dwarves! But dwarves only. However, if you’re still looking? I’d probably look into Dwarven Vanguard or Modan Spellbreak Agency, semi-hiatus or not, I promise you’ll get more roleplay from them of the sort we recognize on Moonguard; bar nights, roll events, and the like. Battlehammer is more heavily invested into PvP, primarily organized world-based PvP.

Clan Battlehammer would love to add yeh to our ranks. We do weekly rppvp events, a lot of BG and random wpvp stuff. We also have some fun rivalries going with some of the horde guilds in the community and there’s usually a lot of us on and a lot of things to do. The guild accepts all three dwarf subraces currently available on the game (not speaking in RP terms - RP as a frost dwarf if you want to for example).
The guild itself has been around for almost 16 years(?), but there is a lot of newer blood in the guild. Come join us if you want!
The officers are mostly on Emerald Dream server, but you can get a hold of them easily through the discord, or you can DM me on Moon Guard and I’ll forward an invite.
Well add that to an already long list of grudges in the great book. Yer time is coming!!
