It’s an instant proc that can proc off your dots or insta damage . I believe the base proc is 97k.Its one of the khaz agar gems I believe . I looked for it everywhere online and can’t it in the AH either . Anyone got a clue ? Ty in advance .

Looks like one of those crafted PVP items. Possibly an embellishment is on it? The effect is very similar (if not identical) to the one on this crafted ring.

EDIT: Nah, I’m an idiot it’s the other way around. It’s just the crafted Algari Competitor’s Signet ring with the Elemental Focusing Lens embellishment on it. I think.
So it’s not a gem but an embellishment.
