I just want something that let’s me control the size of my bags and where they open up at. I find that they are too big and take up too much space every time I open my bags. I don’t really like the one mega bag add-on and I personally enjoy sorting stuff in my bags myself. I just wish they weren’t taking up so much space on my UI. If you know of such an add-on please tell me.
ArkInventory or Adibags
I’ve been using Adibags for the organiztion, and it’s been pretty nice. You can set max heights to your bags and banks, and they have other addons that allow for other custom filtering and sorting as well. It takes a bit of configuring, but I like it.
I used Bagnon for years and years; it’s a pretty popular bag Addon, and I was always happy with it.
Problem is, almost every time Blizzard came out with a new patch the Addon would break and it would take days for the developer to update the Addon so that it work again… and the after THAT Bagnon would be very “buggy” (lots of errors would occur… and still do with Bagnon).
So I got really frustrated with Bagnon one day and “temporarily” switched over to ArkInventory… and haven’t looked back.
ArkInventory is very stable (rarely, RARELY do I ever get error messages with it); the developer usually updates ArkInventory within a day or two of a new patch (somtimes on the same day), and the ONE time the addon DID malfunction, I deleted it (as well as the lua files associated with the Addon) and reinstalled it… and ArkInventory once again worked like a charm.
So I highly recommend ArkInventory (I use it in Retail as well as Classic). Lets you resize your bags easily, create your own sorting rules, check the contents of your bags/banks of all your other characters on your account (regardless of realm or faction), change colors, text sizes… and a lot more.
So I’m a staunch supporter of ArkInventory… check it out and you’ll “knowa” what I mean (ok… I admit it. That’s a bad joke).
