I like to keep my characters all set the same way. Just me being me.
Thing is, this leads to all-too-common “sweeps” where I go through all of them one at a time to make a couple of small changes. Because if I don’t, I won’t remember who I’ve made the change on and who I haven’t.
What I’d like is a to-do list that I can add a reminder. It would appear for every character. Then, each character could check off completion individually. Bonus would allow for a way to check just which characters have or have not checked off a reminder.
Anything like that out there that anyone knows about?

I do use Altoholic. But something more like https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/ickd with account-wide tracking/checkoff functions. I know there are a lot of addons like Tamas, but not just a simple self-defined notepad.
Example: If I install an addon and find out it creates individual profiles by default, which I dislike, I could create an entry on this imagined to-do list to “switch addon Y to default profile”. That would show on each character, and I’d be like “oh yeah that” and make the change and check off completion per character as I normally play them.
As it is, what I end up doing now is finding something like that and then slowly logging in every character one at a time just to change Y addon to default profile so I don’t forget.

might do what you want. I haven’t looked at more than the CF page but it’s under active dev. So, if it doesn’t currently have the features you want, you might be able to get the the dev to implement them.

It can technically do what I want it to, but it’s not well suited for it. It’s moderately better than my current situation. I’m putting up a comment for the author to see if maybe they’ll consider what I’m asking.
